REPAIR SHOP COMPUTER SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

  • High speed Internet access is required — DSL, Cable or Better with a 756kbps download speed
  • Windows XP Service Pack 1a or higher or Windows 2000 Operating System Service Pack 4 or higher
  • Any newer PC computer with a 1.80 GHz processor and 512mb RAM or better
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher

Customer Resource Commitment to: An assigned Connect System User, System Training and Initial data input. Please be advised that system response rates are largely dependent upon your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and the Internet traffic between your location and the Connect servers. The recommended specifications above help to eliminate any possible response issues that may result from your computer configuration but cannot eliminate Internet traffic issues within your ISP or the Internet in general.

MINIMUM REPAIR SHOP SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

  • High speed Internet access is required — DSL, Cable or Better with a 384kbps download speed
  • Windows XP Service Pack 1a or higher or Windows 2000 Operating System Service Pack 4 or higher
  • Newer Dell or similar PC with a 500 MHz processor and 128mb RAM or better
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher
